Imaginer License

The free Imaginer license gives you access to a weekly growing catalogue of music and exclusive video content produced by Symphonic Planet®. You can access a large library of music POWERED BY META and download high resolution wav files directly from Facebooks Creator Studio. You can use this music without copyright strikes, audio mute or video removal in your content on Facebook, Instagram or other Meta platforms. Use of music POWERED BY META on other platforms is not permitted and will lead to content removal. All music in the category POWERED BY META is hosted by Meta Platforms, Inc. and can be used under licenses granted by Meta and Facebook in their Sound Collection Terms.

Creator License

1. Coverage

When you purchase a Creator subscription to Symphonic Planet, you receive the right to use music that is provided as downloadable audio files in the category POWERED BY SP and integrate them into your projects and productions. You also have access to all content included in the free Imaginer subscription.

If you are hired to create the Project, your client is covered by your license and can use the Project. The following platforms are covered under the Creator Subscription:

• Facebook
• Instagram
• TikTok
• Twitter
• Vimeo
• Twitch

in the following formats:

• Video clips
• Advertisements
• Films
• Series
• Podcasts
• Animations
• Presentations
• Slides

The music can not be used as standalones (audio only) and/or without being part of a video. This means you can not in any way use, record, perform, present, publicly perform, copy, distribute in any manner, transfer, share, sell or give a license to the music as standalones.

2. Unlimited usage

When you download music in the POWERED BY SP category, you can use the downloaded files and your Projects in perpetuity, even after your subscription has expired.

You can download files as long as you have a paid subscription with Symphonic Planet. Once your License is expired you will not be able to download additional files and use them in new Projects. Without a valid subscription you will lose access to the download pages, but you are allowed to keep using the files you have downloaded.

We are only providing a license for music that is available for download. Music that is only available for streaming and does not have a download option is excluded from this license.

3. Client projects

This license allows you to create projects for clients, but you have to be the one downloading the files and use them in the creation of the project. That means you can transfer this project to your clients and to anyone else, so they can use it (but the license is still only yours).

Your collaborator and/or client must use the Projects in compliance with this License.

4. Number of downloads

You can download as many files as you like during your subscription period and you can put them into as many projects as you wish, as long as you are the one using them in your own or your clients productions.

The number of downloads must be considered reasonable. If you download more than 30 tracks per day and you are starting to look like a bot or any other automatic software activity, it is considered unreasonable and not covered under this license.

5. Usage outside of your own creation

This License does not allow you to use, make available or present any downloaded music as a separate file. This means you can’t allow anyone to use the music as separate files for listening, downloading, publicly performing or any other use whatsoever.

This also means you can’t resell them in any way, such as in music collections, music libraries, music playlists, royalty-free music or licensing, etc. You can’t resell and/or upload the music or any Projects to stock platforms. This includes not giving the impression that any music was created by you.

You can’t use the music in any manner which is illegal, contrary to court orders and/or which was forbidden by the provisions of any law. Also, you can’t use the music in any manner which may damage Symphonic Planet, its artists, any third parties, or their rights or reputation.

The Assets cannot be used: (i) in the context of pornography; or (ii) to encourage violence abomination, racism, hate, threats and discrimination against any person based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, community or nationality, (iii) hurting the helpless; (iv) violating privacy; (v) slander and any other insulting or illegal contents.

Since we understand there might be gray areas in this regard, contact us to explain your project and we will let you know if this is covered. We reserve to ourselves the right to decide in each case whether a certain use of an Asset is considered a violation of the above and you undertake to accept our decision in this matter.

We make our best efforts in order to verify every file and make sure it is legally available. However, things happen, and we might find out that a certain piece of music might be violating third party’s rights. Although we have the right to tell you to stop using such Assets, we will do so only in some rare situations. If we do, you must stop using it immediately and do your best to make anyone on your behalf cease the use of such Assets.

You are not the proprietary owner of the music. This means that you can’t register or claim ownership of the music or the Projects (or otherwise make it available) through any content detection and/or registration system, such as YouTube’s Content ID (CID), Facebook Rights Manager, etc.

6. Using vs. Owning

All music remains protected by copyrights and is intellectual property of SYMPHONIC PLANET® or Symphonic Planet affiliates. You are purchasing the right to use the music, you are not purchasing the music itself.

SYMPHONIC PLANET® is the owner or the rights holder of all the rights of the music available for download in the category POWERED BY SP, inclusive of all intellectual property rights and all copyrights. You do not and will not have any rights whatsoever to the music or in the Site, exclusive of the right of use as specified in this License.

This also means that you can’t use the names of the music/files nor of its creator(s) or their artistic name(s), except for giving them credit.

By using this License, you understand and agree to the rights, obligations, liabilities and prohibitions specified in this License, that you do not and will not have any ownership or intellectual property rights in the music or any recordings thereof, and that your rights to the music will not exceed the rights described in this License.

7. Can other people use my account?

The name you register for our services is the only person or company/entity who can use the music under this License. Contact us if you are looking for a company license or a license that covers multiple users.

9. Exclusivity

This License is not exclusive, meaning that any music you use can also be purchased and used by other creators.

10. Public Performance, Broadcast, other use

If you are interested in using our music outside of the platforms mentioned under 1. Coverage, such as public performance, broadcast etc., contact us and we will make sure you are covered.
